Zombie apocalypse more info

Patrol responsibilities
  • Each patrol will camp independently in the same general area.
  • Each patrol will establish and post a duty roster.
  • Each patrol will set their own menu, set their own budget and buy their own food.
    • Suggest you plan with other patrols to share some things
    • Suggest that some items could be purloined from home (like salt and pepper).
    • Meeting time will NOT be available for shopping.
  • All supplies not listed below need to be identified so the leaders can retrieve them and bring them to camp. 
  • Each patrol will be assigned a leader that they feed Saturday night.
  • Patrols need to come prepared with BOTH a skit and a song for campfire Saturday night.  They don’t need to be original, but not the standard fare please!
  • Patrols have to opportunity to provide a short part of scouts own as part of badge work.

Patrols can expect the following

  • Leaders will provide hot chocolate Friday night and Saturday night.
  • Each patrol will have a naphtha 2-burner stove, naphtha lantern and a box of water.  Naphtha fuel will be managed by leaders.
  • Leaders will manage meal cleanup water to reduce fuel and water waste. Patrols do their own cleanup, however.
  • Many aspects of the camp are assigned a point value to contribute to determining the patrol named most capable of surviving a zombie apocalypse and have their patrol name forever emblazoned on the...

  2. William and I finished the shopping and the total was $60. Could all eagles (Ryan, Levi, William, Martin, Eric) bring $10 to the meeting on November 20th.
